Pandowdy Publications is an established educational consulting firm that develops worksheets and learning aids for students. Our supplemental curriculum is a valuable addition to any classroom, grades 6-12. Pandowdy worksheets are also aligned to the NCLB standards for Social Studies education, so the worksheets can easily be integrated into any lesson plan in any state.

In 1999, Pandowdy Publications began as Men-Tor Publications. Educational supplementals began with playing cards that tested students' knowledge of the "Who, What, Where, When and Why" of important historical figures and concepts. Men-Tor Publications also visited schools and provided paid workshops as a means of introducing the curriculum to teachers. After attending the workshop, all teachers had an in-depth understanding of Men-Tor curriculum, and possessed the skills necessary to implement them in the classroom the very next day.

In 2002, Men-Tor Publications underwent a facelift and name change to Pandowdy Publications, but the company's ideas stayed the same. With its new name, Pandowdy introduced new curriculum, including a study guide for both students and teachers for ensured TAKS success. Pandowdy's book, TAKS Survival Guide, introduced students to their own inherent ability to think and problem solve critically, and gave students the tools necessary to apply this knowledge to the TAKS test. All schools that implemented the system consistently saw a significant increase in their TAKS scores, as well as in overall student performance. Pandowdy gave its final workshop in 2003, before its founders hung up their hats to deal with family medical issues. Even though it has been nearly seven years now, Pandowdy curriculum can still be found in classrooms all across the Rio Grande Valley. Due to numerous requests for additional curriculum resources and workshops, Pandowdy's founders have decided to come back into business, and are better than ever, offering Pandowdy curriculum on not just a state-wide, but a nation-wide basis.
